How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (2-3 days) is $5- $10. Orders greater than $75 ship free throughout the US. Need your order sooner? Email for rush shipping charges.
When will my order ship?
Processing time usually runs around 2-4 business days (M-F). I generally ship through USPS and it takes 3 days on average for products to arrive. If you need your item sooner, please email me at email@example.com before you place your order.
Uh oh, USPS lost my package!
Packages that are marked as delivered but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. I wish I could help more but I am not able to track them down on my end. I do not issue refunds on lost items.
I do accept returns and exchanges if the product was defective when you received it. I do not except returns simply because you may have changed your mind. (unless notice is given within 24 hours of purchase). However, if there is an issue with your order or you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org It is my hope that each item purchased will enhance your coloring, body type and personality - if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and I will do what I can to make it right!
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a GlamourandGrace Gift Card.
If you return an item to one of our PopUp Shops, the refunded amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund within 3–5 business days. If you return an item to us by U.S. mail, we usually receive it within 10–14 business days. Once the item is received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 3–5 business days.
• If you're returning a gift, you'll receive a Gift Card with the credited amount.
• If you paid with a Gift Card, you'll receive an eGift Card via email with the credited amount.
• For faster returns, bring your return items to any Popup shop.
Will this item fit and enhance my coloring?
Yes, if you have purchased either of our programs for your personal body type and coloring, Color ID app or MyPrivateStylist program and we personally recommended this item and then received something completely wrong for you. We will exchange it for a more suitable product.
